These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Constellos platform, including our website, APIs, MCP servers, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Constellos provides a context and verification layer for coding agents. The Service includes tools for managing project knowledge, verifying agent output, and integrating with MCP-compatible development environments. Features may change as we develop the product.

3. Accounts and Access

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit malware or other harmful code
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service, including project metadata, decisions, conventions, and configurations ("Your Content"). You grant Constellos a limited license to host, store, and process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Constellos and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features.

7. Pricing and Payment

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Prices are listed on our pricing page. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period after termination.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Agent outputs processed through the Service are not guaranteed to be correct or complete.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Constellos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
